Our Story
Bucktail Lodge wasn't designed as a typical vacation rental. Every detail—from the hand-selected stone fireplace to the floor-to-ceiling windows framing the forest—was considered with care.
Located on the edge of Moshannon State Forest, our cabin offers the perfect balance: the solitude of a remote woodland retreat with thoughtful amenities that make you feel instantly at home.
